Care Management

If arranging care has become too difficult to manage, and you need someone to help coordinate a loved one’s medical (and other) affairs, you may benefit from the help of a professional Care Manager.

 

Power of Attorney/Legal Guardianship

JFS has many years of experience serving as POA and Legal Guardian for members of the community.

 

Kosher Meals on Wheels

The Edward “Teddy” Cohen Kosher Meals on Wheels program is the only service in the area that provides Kosher and medically appropriate meals.

 

Two’s Company

The Moses “Buzz” Rosenberg Two’s Company Program enables homebound older and/or disabled adults to maintain their independence and reside safely in their own homes for as long as possible.

 

The Breakfast Club

A moderated weekly discussion group held at Jewish Family Service that provides socialization, lively discussion and snacks to older, homebound adults.
